WHAT’S INCLUDED in the ALL-INCLUSIVE VACATION

What does all inclusive mean? You hear the words “all-inclusive,” but what does that mean at a Beaches Resort? Does it really include everything? What is extra? Can I really eat and drink all I want? I attempt to answer your questions about Beaches Resorts – What’s Included in your all-inclusive vacation.

So what is included in the price of your Beaches Resort Vacation? I recently traveled with my daughter and her two friends. We stayed in the French Village Area of the Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos. 

Beaches Resort – What’s Included:

Airport Transfers:

We were picked up outside the airport. The driver wore a name tag that said, “NO TIPPING.” My daughter did mention she had read that no tipping meant NO TIPPING, because we have all been on those vacations where tipping isn’t required, but we have all tipped extra. In fact, no tipping at Beaches means they are not allowed to accept tips.

Bell Services:

We were dropped off at the Registration area where we were greeted by cool wet refreshing towels to wipe our faces, and of course, we were escorted to our room.

Our bags were taken to our rooms – INCLUDED and no tipping!

Transportation Around the Resort

The Turks & Caicos Beaches Resort is divided into 4 different Villages – Caribbean, Italian, French Village, and Key West. Our room was in the French Village. There are restaurants and pools in each region and you are free to eat, swim and drink in any area. Shuttle service from our registration area to restaurants and back again – INCLUDED and again no tipping!

Fully Stocked Room with everything you need for your stay

Our room had everything that was needed for a stay. For example, Ironing Board, Iron, Hair Dryer, In-Room Safe, Stocked refrigerator: pop, beer, juices, water, wine, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Soap are ALL INCLUDED. 

All meals, snacks, and all beverages

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks: What is it that you want to eat on vacation? Ice cream, Milk Shakes, Pizza, Pasta, Burgers and Fries, Lobster, Steak, French Onion Soup, Coffee, Tea, Soda, Alcohol. You name it, it was included. But what if I want to eat 10 times a day? Included! There are literally restaurants open all the time. However, no restaurant is open 24 hours, but you will be able to find something to eat at all hours of the day.

Incidentals you might need

Also included in our room were umbrellas – in case of rain. His and Her Robes. The most amazing sheets and pillows. A great nights sleep – INCLUDED.

WiFi is included.

Additionally, there is no need to worry about electricity because the resorts are equipped to handle your plugs. There is no need for an adapter.

Special Events, Activities, Entertainment, and Water Fun

Beach Parties, Special Activities – Included

Water Activities – Boating, jacuzzis, complimentary beach, and pool towel service, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Water Hammocks and Wakeboarding, Unlimited complimentary lessons available for all water sports activities, Green PADI Certified, Exclusive H.O Hypolyte equipment throughout including skis and wakeboards, MasterCraft World Tow Boats at all resorts where water skiing is available. As you can see Beaches Resorts have you covered when it comes to water activities.

Nightly Entertainment – Beach Parties, Live Shows, Karaoke, dancing, piano bars, live bands, and special events fill your evenings.

Sesame Street Characters, X-Box Lounge, pool activities, Kid’s Club, Lazy River, Pirate Water Park, Surf Simulator – Included 

Sports and Photography

Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Soccer, Croquet, Day and Night Tennis, Shuffleboard, Table Tennis, Billiards, Lawn Chess, Pool Table, Board Games, Fitness Center, Golf*At Select Locations

Photography – Limited Photography sessions are available with a professional photographer. Although I didn’t take advantage of this service because we just ran out of time, I do know others who have taken photos and were thrilled with them. While the photography session is free, prints and digital images are available to purchase.

Sun AND Sand

Endless blue skies, white sandy beaches, and beautiful blue ocean water as far as the eye can see. Beaches Turks and Caicos has been named the #1 beach in the world by Trip Advisor and it is easy to see why. This is a beach you won’t want to leave.

Beaches Resorts – What’s Included? EVEN the Smiles are included

Happy Staff – The staff at Beaches Resorts love their jobs. Many of the staff have been with Beaches for years. Talking with some of the employees was such a joy. My family loves to meet new people, and everyone from the front desk staff to Chef Garry was enthusiastic and happy to serve us. We truly felt like royalty.

•Medical Assistance – A Resident nurse is available, and these services are included. However, doctor services and medications are not included

BEACHES RESORT VACATION – ADDITIONAL THINGS TO KNOW:

Food Allergies – handled like professionals. In fact, three of the four of us had gluten allergies. We were fed amazingly well. Furthermore, the staff was knowledgeable, and we had a wide range of foods available to us.

Autism – handled like professionals. Although we did not travel with my son with autism, we learned that all Beaches employees go through autism training. Since Beaches staff is amazing with everyone, this is just one more area that they exceed your expectations. Just knowing they are trained to handle your child or family member adds another layer of incredible service.

Novices – handled like professionals. We didn’t know where to go, what to do, and how to get from point A to point B. The staff was always friendly and more than willing to help us. When asking staff members where to go, they do not just point you in the right direction, but they actually take you to your destination.
