Easy Appetizer Recipes

Plus Tips to Make Your Entertaining Stress Free

If you are anything like me, you want everything perfect for holiday entertaining, but you just don’t have the time to do it all. Christmas cards, gift buying, wrapping presents. AND you have to continue your normal schedule. UGH! Here are my easy appetizer recipes and some tips to make your Holiday Entertaining Stress Free!
Appetizers for Easy Entertaining

Well, I will let you in on a little secret. I have created some easy-to-make appetizers that taste delicious and take no time at all! But it all starts with streamlining your shopping and preparation. Here are my 4 tips to help you this holiday season.

TIP 1: PREPARE QUICK AND EASY RECIPES THAT LOOK LIKE YOU SPENT ALL DAY

I have been doing this for years. Of course, there are some family recipes that require all day in the kitchen, but my go-to recipes for entertaining are quick and easy.

I selected the following appetizer menu: (Recipes to follow)

Creamy Yogurt/Cream Cheese Fruit and Cracker Dip

Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip served with Tortilla Chips
Shrimp and Cocktail Sauce Cream Cheese Ball

TIP 2: DON’T SHOP AT MULTIPLE STORES

Shopping at one store is a must. Nobody has time to go grocery shopping at multiple stores. Make sure the store you shop has all your needs.

Here is just a sampling of what I purchased.

TIP 3: SHARE THE ENTERTAINING PREPARATIONS

My daughter decided to have a pop-up event for a friend. We both cleaned, and I made appetizers while she made desserts. What if you don’t have anyone to share the preparations with? I bet if you did a shout out on social media, you would find a friend willing to co-host a holiday party with you!

TIP 4: SHARE THE CLEAN-UP

My daughter and I both cleaned up after the party. (Although there wasn’t much left because the food was so yummy and delicious.)
